Meet Pamela Staff - The Artist

Pamela Staff is a professional artist and furniture refinisher with a passion for watercolor and acrylic art. Her artistic journey began in 2011, exploring acrylics, impressionism, expressionism, and abstract styles. She constantly seeks new ways to express her creativity through various mediums, with a recent focus on watercolors. Apart from creating stunning artworks, Pamela also dedicates her time to refinishing furniture for clients at The Polished Patina in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. She offers both in-person and online art classes, sharing her expertise and love for art with others. Nature serves as a wellspring of inspiration for her, and she embraces change as a catalyst for her creativity. Art Therapy Course- The Rising Phoenix

Theme - The Rising Phoenix Energy Technique - Abstract, Palette knife Style - Expressionism Objectives (1). How to associate emotion with color through the instructor’s application demonstration. (2). How to tap into your creative energy. (3). Identify and apply basic abstract palette knife techniques. (4). Ability to identify and begin your own journey through the use of art. Prerequisites Review all materials and supplies before starting the course. Prep canvas with Gesso (this step is optional).  Recommend doing a 10 minute mediation prior to starting the course. Mediation aids in quieting and connecting the mind, body, and soul through the use of breath work and visualization techniques.  Create a space to work in that makes you feel good.
